Raam's journey is a testament to determination, craftsmanship, and vision. In 1994, Raam completed a diploma in CNC programming and machining at the Institue of Technical Trades in Toronto.
After accumulating years of experience in the industry, in 2002, Raam took his first bold step into entrepreneurship and started his own company, JRBS Machine Inc. With a single CNC milling machine, he launched what would become a thriving manufacturing business. With a relentless focus on precision, quality, and customer satisfaction, the company continued to scale. A decade later, the operation had moved into a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse, supported by a growing team and a broader client base.
Today, Raam leads the company from a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. facility, backed by a team of 15 dedicated professionals. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from supplying only automotive parts to producing high-precision components for a wide range of sectors — including aerospace, elevators, healthcare, and beyond.
