Our turning department runs a solid mix of CNC lathes designed for tight-tolerance work, complex parts, and efficient production: DAEWOO PUMA 2503 – Reliable and rigid lathe, great for repeatable precision in medium to high-volume jobs. MORI SEIKI ZL-150 SMC – Twin-spindle, twin-turret setup for full simultaneous machining. Cuts down cycle time and handles complex parts in one go. NAKAMURA-TOME TMC-20 II – Compact, stable machine that delivers fine finishes and holds tolerance on detailed, high-precision work. HYUNDAI-KIA SKT 21 LMS – Live tooling and sub-spindle allow full part processing (turning and milling) in a single setup — ideal for reducing handling and improving consistency. These machines give us the flexibility to run anything from tight-tolerance prototypes to high-volume production with speed and repeatability.

The AWEA FCV-620 is a high-precision 5-axis vertical machining center built for complex parts and tight tolerances. Its full simultaneous 5-axis control allows for multi-surface machining in fewer setups, improving accuracy and reducing cycle times. Ideal for aerospace, mold work, and any job requiring precision on multiple faces or angles.

We run two advanced Senfeng fiber laser systems for precision cutting of both sheet and tube materials: Senfeng SF3015M – 6kW: High-power system for fast, clean cuts in thick sheet metal. Great for industrial-grade work where edge quality and speed matter. Senfeng SF3015HM – 2kW: Optimized for thinner materials and tubing. Delivers accurate, low-distortion cuts, especially on round and square profiles. Both machines offer dual sheet/tube cutting capability, helping us process a wide range of parts with excellent edge finish, high precision, and short turnaround times.

Our press brake lineup delivers consistent, high-accuracy bends across a wide range of metals and part sizes: Amada 5020NT – Fast, high-precision press brake with smart backgauge and tight-radius forming. Great for intricate or repetitive bends with minimal setup time. Amada FBD1025NT – Heavy-duty machine with a larger bend window and higher tonnage. Ideal for longer parts and thicker materials in both prototyping and production. These machines provide reliable forming with tight tolerances, low stress, and excellent repeatability — key for maintaining part integrity and dimensional accuracy.

The Flow Waterjet MACH 3 4020b is a high-precision waterjet system equipped with a dynamic head, allowing for bevel and taper compensation in complex cuts. Its advanced control system ensures accurate, clean edges without thermal distortion — making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials and intricate profiles. With a spacious 7' x 14' bed capacity, this machine accommodates large sheet formats and thick materials, providing flexibility across a wide range of cutting applications including metals, plastics, stone, and composites.

Our CNC bandsaws provide efficient, high-accuracy cutting of raw stock and large materials, essential for preparing parts for further machining or fabrication. The EVERISING H-460HA is a fully automatic horizontal bandsaw known for its cutting precision, speed, and heavy-duty capacity. The Senfeng SF 1500 HWM Laser Welding Machine offers clean, concentrated welds with minimal distortion, ideal for fine assemblies and thin-gauge metals. The Lincoln Electric LN-7 is a trusted MIG welding system known for its durability, control, and adaptability.
